OUR PURPOSE

We are dedicated to helping adult immigrants, refugees, and other English learners improve their English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Through English language instruction, workforce readiness, and community engagement, we empower multilingual learners to achieve their personal and career goals.

SERVICES

ONLINE AND ON-SITE CLASSES AVAILABLE

ONLINE CLASSES

Classes meet online every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, providing flexible access for working adults and busy families.

ON-SITE CLASSES

Do you have a group of five or more learners? We offer customized on-site classes for employers, community organizations, faith-based groups, and other partners seeking workforce-focused English instruction.

WORKFORCE READINESS

12-Week Workforce ESL Classes

Classes combine English language instruction with practical skills that support success in everyday life and the workplace.

Founded in 2023 by Rachelle Williams, a certified educator with expertise in Adult Education, English as a Second Language (ESL) Curriculum Design & Instruction, and Special Education Leadership, Operation English is committed to eliminating language barriers and creating pathways to opportunity for multilingual learners.

Our goal is not only to teach English, but also to help learners build confidence, achieve economic mobility, connect with their communities, and reach their full potential.
